HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Our orders are shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product comes from.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be situations and delays with our carriers. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information becomes available once your product has shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our product team spends time finding high-quality products at an affordable price.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel within 24 hours of the order being created for the cancellation to be valid. If the item has already shipped, please email us or contact us via our Contact Us page.
